Sanjaey holds a Master of Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of International Business Law from King’s College London. Dr Kirupa Mohanaraj
COO of Equitas Medicare Group
As the COO of Equitas Medicare Group, Dr Kirupa Mohanaraj is distinguished by her expertise in neurodegenerative diseases and dementia research. With a robust academic background, she has built a remarkable career, notably serving as a Senior Research Fellow at University College London. During her tenure, she led impactful research projects, managed grants and funds, and was actively involved in teaching and training postgraduate students. Renowned for her leadership, complex problem-solving abilities, mentorship, and effective communication skills, Dr Mohanaraj has significantly contributed to both laboratory management and educational initiatives. In her role as COO, she leverages her scientific acumen and leadership to propel Equitas Medicare Group towards innovative healthcare services.
Ms Dawn Thrussell
Operational Service Manager of Equita Community Living - New Malden and Kingston upon Thames
Dawn is the Service Manager for all Equita Community Living sites in New Malden and Kingston upon Thames, bringing with her almost 3 decades of experience in both children and adult health and social care sectors. Previously, she served as a CQC Registered Service Manager for HFT's Supported Living services. In her current role, Dawn is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing client assessments, and overseeing marketing efforts for potential placements at all Equita Community Living sites in New Malden and Kingston upon Thames. She is committed to enhancing business processes and systems to support high-quality staff performance and continuously improve care standards throughout the facility. Additionally, her meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate online records and delivering timely reports provides assurance to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
